Termini e Condizioni - Terms and Conditions

a) Prenotazione e pagamento: all’atto dell’iscrizione viene versato l’importo di € 300,00. Il saldo deve essere versato entro il 15 maggio 2023. La prenotazione del viaggio è vincolante e non potrà dare corso a rimborsi parziali o totali del suo costo. Banca d’appoggio: Banca Popolare Etica SCPA, Via N. Tommaseo 7, 35131 Padova (PD) - C/C intestato a Sancelso srl IBAN: IT02F0501811200000011609419 - BIC (o SWIFT) ETICIT22XXX b) Obbligo di pagamento: l'invio del presente form comporta l’obbligo al pagamento della quota comprensiva delle attività sportive e del viaggio se richiesto. Tale obbligo permane anche in caso di abbandono e ritiro per qualsiasi causa del partecipante nonché nel caso in cui la Direzione fosse costretta, per motivi disciplinari, ad allontanarlo. In tal caso la Direzione non ha alcun obbligo di provvedere all’organizzazione e alle spese del viaggio di rientro del partecipante stesso, e alla restituzione della quota non fruita comprensiva anche delle attività sportive e del viaggio se richiesto. c) Recesso del partecipante: in caso di recesso il partecipante è tenuto a versare: 50% della quota se il recesso è comunicato per iscritto fino a 30 giorni prima dell’inizio del soggiorno o il 100% se il recesso è comunicato per iscritto oltre tale data. d) Arrivo posticipato: nel caso di arrivo posticipato del partecipante e/o di interruzione del soggiorno la quota è dovuta al 100%. e) Il genitore o il tutore legale del partecipante autorizza il minore a svolgere le attività ludiche e motorie proposte dall'International Camp Sancelso. f) Gli organizzatori si riservano la facoltà di annullare il soggiorno per cause di forza maggiore, restituendo interamente e solamente la somma versata. g) Gli organizzatori si riservano inoltre la facoltà di annullare il soggiorno per cause legate all'emergenza epidemiologica da COVID19, restituendo anche in questo caso interamente e solamente la somma versata. h) La Direzione non risponde nel caso di smarrimento o danneggiamento di oggetti personali dei partecipanti. i) Il genitore o il tutore legale del partecipante dichiara, sotto la propria responsabilità e consapevole delle sanzioni penali derivanti da dichiarazioni false e incomplete, che quanto indicato al momento dell'iscrizione corrisponde a verità, e si impegna a comunicare tempestivamente alla Direzione qualsiasi variazione. l) In caso di contestazione, resta convenuta la competenza esclusiva del Foro di Milano. a) Booking and payment: the amount of € 300 is paid at the time of registration. This obligation remains even in case of abandonment and withdrawal for any cause of the participant and in case the Management is forced, for disciplinary reasons, to dismiss him. In this case, the Management has no obligation to provide for the organization and expenses of the return trip of the participant, and to refund the unused fee including sports activities and travel if required. c) Withdrawal of the participant: in case of withdrawal the participant is required to pay: 50% of the fee if the withdrawal is communicated in writing up to 30 days before the start of the stay or 100% if the withdrawal is communicated in writing after that date. d) Late arrival: in the event of the participant's late arrival and/or interruption of the stay, the fee is due at 100%. e) The parent or legal guardian of the participant authorizes the minor to carry out the recreational and motor activities proposed by the International Camp Sancelso. f) The organizers reserve the right to cancel the stay for reasons of force majeure, giving back in full and only the amount paid. g) The organizers also reserve the right to cancel the stay for reasons related to the epidemiological emergency by COVID19, also returning in this case entirely and only the amount paid. h) The Management is not responsible for the loss or damage of the participants personal belongings. i) The parent or legal guardian of the participant declares, under their own responsibility and aware of the criminal sanctions resulting from false and incomplete declarations, that what is indicated at the time of registration is true, and undertakes to promptly notify the Management of any changes. l) In the event of a dispute, is agreed the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan. *

Si invitano i genitori ad effettuare un controllo accurato per la pediculosi prima della partenza. All'arrivo tutti i partecipanti saranno visitati ed in caso positivo verrà addebitato alla famiglia il costo del trattamento personale e le spese per igienizzare ambienti, biancheria e oggetti d'uso dell'intero gruppo. Parents are invited to cary out an accurate check for pediculosis before departure. On arrival all participants will be visited and in positive case the family will be charged the cost of personal treatment and expenses for sanitizing rooms, linen and objects of use of the entire group. *

Qualora fosse richiesto intervento medico durante i 5 giorni antecedenti l'inizio del Camp mi impegno ad inviare certificazione medica attestante l'assenza di malattie infettive trasmissibili tali da controindicare l'ammissione in collettività.
